Debbie’s interest in wine has been rooted in years of traveling through the different terroir of Spain, Italy, France and Germany. Struck by the versatility of single varietals grown in differing climates, Debbie committed herself to a passionate study of oenology which effectuated in her sommelier certification in 2000. Debbie pairs wine inspired by the food you choose; likewise, the recipes our chefs produce are often inspired by wines that express their grape varietals in a way that is loyal to their climates and cultures.
